VivaFrame Graphic inserts work with systems which have a slot size of nominally 4.5mm x 14mm deep. Sizes are specified as the outside of the frame to the outside of the frame.

Choose the fabric type depending on its usage
Standard graphic insert are used for applications where there is no lighting behind the frame.
Blockout graphic inserts are used where there may be lighting or windows behind the graphics, which may be seen through the normal standard fabric.
For oversize blockout fabric SEG inserts printed using UV Inks

Standard
Our Standard display fabric is 100% recyclable polyester.
Weight: 230 GSM
Print Method: Paper transfer Dye sublimation
FR tested to AS 1350.2 and AS 1530.3 Meets ABCBs requirements for temporary structures
Available width up to 3.2 metres by any length
Suitable for VivaFrame graphic inserts which are going against a wall. Fabric is slightly translucent so if there is a light source behind consider our blockout fabric.

Our Blockout display fabric is white polyester face fabric with a black blockout layer.

Available width up to 3.2 metres by any length.
Suitable for VivaFrame graphic inserts which are not going up against a wall. Blockout fabric is the best choice if there is any ambiant light behind the frame.
Blockout Oversize (DB31)
For graphic inserts larger that 3.1 metres and less than 5 metres, The DB31 is a suitable blockout material.Weight: 260 GSM

100% polyster warp-knit
Available width: 500cm
Suitable for large VivaFrame graphics where a blockout is required. Please note this material does not have a lot of tear strength which is fit for purpose for internal graphics where no undue stress is put on the fabric.
Backlit fabric (Polarlight)
For solid opaque blacks choose Polarlight backlit fabric printed direct with UV inksWeight: 120 GSM

FR: can achieve DIN 4102-1 B1,NFPA 701 if required

Excellent white point, better wrinkle resistance, good light transmission. Prefered chioce for where opaque blacks are desired.

For backlit graphic inserts larger than 3.1 metres and smaller than 5 metres

Available in 500 cm
Excellent for large light boxes, and can be used as a non-illuminated oversize Vivaframe graphic insert.
